संख्या 9/153/2024-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (ंं8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित जारी की गई क्रमषः हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/41/2023-4काा, दिनांक 12 जुलाई, 2023, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/93/2023-4काा, दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 2023, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/122/2023-4काा, दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर, 2023 तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 09/06/2024-4cाा, दिनांक 05 जनवरी, 2024 के अधिक्रमण मेंं, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा वर्णित नगरपालिकाओं के आम चुनाव के प्रयोजनों के लिए निम्नलिखित सीटों की संख्या आरक्षित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

The 24th December, 2024

No. 9/153/2024-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) read with rule 3 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 09/41/2023- 4CII, dated the 12th July, 2023, Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/93/2023- 4CII, dated the 17th October, 2023, Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/122/2023-4CII, dated the 18th December, 2023 and Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 09/06/2024-4CII, dated the 05th January, 2024 respectively issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby reserves the following number of seats for municipalities as mentioned in the Schedule given below for the purposes of general election, namely :-
