संख्या 09/09/2024-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, विभाग के आदेश संख्या 09/09/2024-4काा दिनांक 14 दिसम्बर, 2024 के प्रति निर्देश से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा उक्त नगर परिषद, में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 32 वार्डों में से नगर परिषद, थानेसर, जिला कुरूक्षेत्र की सीटें आबंटित करते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

32 वार्डो में से, 05 वार्ड अर्थात्‌ वार्ड संख्या 03, 04, 16, 22 और 27 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 03 और 16 अनुसूचित जातियों की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे। वार्ड संख्या 01, 06 और 30 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 06 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 14 पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 02, 11, 21, 24, 25, 26 और 28 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होगे।विकास गुप्ता, आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग। (22) HARYANA GOVT. No. 09/09/2024-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department order No. 09/09/2024-4CII dated 14th December, 2024, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Council, Thanesar, District Kurukshetra amongst 32 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-

Out of 32 wards, 05 wards viz ward numbers 03, 04, 16, 22 and 27 reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 03 and 16 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward numbers 01, 06 and 30 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', out of which ward number 06 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' women. Ward numbers 14 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' and the same also shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' women. Wards numbers 02, 11, 21, 24, 25, 26 and 28 shall be reserved for the women.
