संख्या 09/67/2023-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेश संख्या 9/67/2023-4कII दिनांक 21 सितम्बर, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देश से और हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 09/67/2023-4क ाा, दिनांक 05 दिसम्बर, 2023 का आंषिक रूप से उपांतरण करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नगर पालिकाओं में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 16 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, कलायत, जिला कैथल की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
16 वार्डों में से 04 वार्ड अर्थात् वार्ड संख्या 01, 03, 11 और 12 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 01 और 03 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित हाेंगे। वार्ड संख्या 05 और 14 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 14 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 16 पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरिक्षत होगा। वार्ड संख्या 04 और 15 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। HARYANA GOVT. No. 09/67/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, order No. 09/67/2023-4CII dated 21st September, 2023 and in partial modification of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification No. 09/67/2023-4CII, dated 05th December, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Kalayat District Kaithal amongst 16 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-
Out of 16 wards, 04 wards viz ward numbers 01, 03, 11 and 12 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 01 and 03 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward numbers 05 and 14 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' , out of which ward number 14 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' women. Ward number 16 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' and the same also shall be reserved for the member belonging to Backward Classes 'B' women. Ward numbers 04 and 15 shall be reserved for the women.
