संख्या 9/82/2023-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के आदेष संख्या 9/82/2023-4क ाा, दिनांक 21 सितम्बर, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से और हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/82/2023-4क ाा, दिनांक 05 जनवरी, 2024 का आंषिक रूप से उपांतरण करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगरपालिका में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 16 वार्डो में से नगर पालिका, फर्रूखनगर, जिला गुरूग्राम की सीटें आंबटित करते हैं, अर्थातः-
16 वार्डों में से, 05 वार्ड अर्थात् वार्ड संख्या 04, 05, 07, 09 व 13 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 04 और 13 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होगें। वार्ड संख्या 08 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 01 व 11 पिछडे वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होगें, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 1 पिछडे वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 10 व 12 महिलाओें के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 9/82/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, order No. 9/82/2023-4CII dated 21st September, 2023 and in partial modification of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification No. 9/82/2023-4CII dated 5th January, 2024, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Farrukh Nagar, District Gurugram amongst 16 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-
Out of 16 wards, 05 wards viz ward numbers 04, 05, 07, 09 and 13 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 04 and 13 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward number 08 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' and same also shall be reserved for the member belonging to Backward Classes 'A' women. Ward number 01 and 11 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B', out of which ward number 01 shall be reserved for member belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' women. Ward numbers 10 and 12 shall be reserved for the women.
