No. 3/30/2004-3Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the following Judicial Officer as Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court mentioned against each with effect from the date he assumes charge as such:-
