संख्या 2016-Ft-4-2024/52.— वन्य प्राणी (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 36घ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल जिला फतेहाबाद के गांव ढ़ाणी माजरा में श्री गुरु जम्भेष्वर सामुदायिक आरक्षित के संरक्षण, प्रबन्धन तथा रख-रखाव हेतू मुख्य वन्य जीव प्रतिपालक, हरियाणा, पंचकूला को सलाह देने हेतू पांच वर्षों के लिए सामुदायिक आरक्षित प्रबन्धन कमेटी का गठन निम्न अनुसार करते हैः-

2. कमेटी का मुख्यालय हिसार में होगा।
3. कमेटी वन्य जीव (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1972 के प्रावधानों अनुसार कार्य करेगी।
4. कमेटी कोरम सहित अपनी प्रक्रिया को विनियमित करेगी।
5. वर्ष में कम से कम दो बार कमेटी की सभा होगी। जिसकी अध्यक्षता मण्डलीय वन्य जीव अधिकारी, हिसार करेंगे तथा उनकी गैर हाजिरी में एक उपस्थित गैर सरकारी सदस्य अध्यक्षता करेगा।
6. कमेटी का कार्याकाल पांच वर्ष का होगा परन्तु सरकार चाहे तो कमेटी के पुर्नगठन के लिए आदेष कर सकती है।
7. सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्त्ता उनके निवास स्थान से सभा अटैण्ड करने के स्थान तक सभा अटैण्ड करने पर दिया जायेगा। यदि किसी सदस्य द्वारा अपने निवास स्थान के इलावा अन्य किसी स्थान से सभा अटैण्ड की जाती है तो उसे जो यात्रा भत्त्ता दिया जायेगा वह उन दोनों में से कम होगा।
8. गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्त्ता तभी दिया जायेगा जब वे यह प्रमाण पत्र देगें कि उन्होंने कोई यात्रा भत्त्ता इस अवधि का जो बिल में अंकित है का किसी अन्य सरकारी स्त्रोत से नहीं लेंगे/लिया है। 9. सरकारी सदस्यों को दिया जाने वाला यात्रा भत्त्ता उनके सम्बन्धित विभाग द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। 10. कमेटी के गैर-सरकारी सदस्यों का यात्रा भत्त्ता खर्च इत्यादि विभाग के शीर्ष 2406-फोरैस्ट्री एण्ड वाईल्ड लाइफ के स्वीकृत बजट से जुटाया जायेगा।
11. कमेटी का सदस्य सचिव भत्त्तों की अदायगी करने के लिए प्राधिकारी नियन्त्रक होगा।

No. 2016-Ft-4-2024/52.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 D of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana, is pleased to consitute Community Reserve Management Committee for five years to advise the Chief Wildlife Warden, Haryana to conserve, manage and maintain Shri Guru Jambheswar Community Reserve in village Dhani Majra Distt. Fatehabad as below:-

2. The Headquarter of the Committee will be at Hisar.
3. The Committee shall function as per provisions laid down in Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.
4. The Committee shall regulate its own procedure including quorum.
5. The committee will meet at least twice a year under the chairmanship of Divisional Wildlife Officer, Hisar and in his absence one of the non-governmental official member present at the meeting will preside over it as may be mutually agreed upon by the members present.
6. The term of the Committee will be five years but the Government may, by issuing an order, re-constitute the Committee at an earlier date.
7. The Traveling Allowance for attending the meeting of the Committee will be allowed to the memebers from their permanent places of residence to the place of meeting. If however, a member attends a meeting from a place other than the place of his permanent residence, T.A will be allowed to him either from the place of his residence or from where he attends the meeting, whichever is less.
8. The Travelling Allowance will be admissible to the non-official members on the production of a certificate to the effect that no T.A. in respect of journey for the period mentioned in the bill has been or will be claimed by him/her from any other official source.
9. The T.A admissible to the official member will be borne by their respective department. 10. The expenditure on account of T.A of the non-official members of the Committee will be met out from saving of sanctioned budget of the department under the Head 2406-Forestry & Wildlife.
11. The Member Secretary of the Committee shall be the controlling authority in respect of payment of allowances.
