संख्या 9/144/2024-4सी ाा.— हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्‌ शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेष संख्या 9/144/2024-4सी ाा दिनांक 29 दिसम्बर 2024 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर निगम में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिये 22 वार्डो में से नगर निगम यमुनानगर-जगाधरी, जिला यमुनानगर की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

22 वार्डों में से, 04 वार्ड अर्थात्‌ वार्ड संख्या 01, 11, 12 और 21 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 11 और 21 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 03, 04 और 17 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 04 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 10 पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछडे़़ वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 09, 14, 15 और 22 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 9/144/2024-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department order No. 9/144/2024-4C-II dated the 29th December, 2024, the Governor of Haryana herby allots the seats of the Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar-Jagadhri, District Yamunanagar amongst 22 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said Municipal Corporation, namely :-

Out of 22 Ward, 04 wards viz ward numbers 01, 11, 12 and 21 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 11 and 21 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward numbers 03, 04 and 17 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', out of which ward number 04 shall be reserved for the member belonging to Backward Classes 'A', women. Ward number 10 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' and the same shall also be reserved for the member belonging to Backward Classes 'B' women. Ward numbers 09, 14, 15 and 22 shall be reserved for the Women.
