No. CGEH/01/2025/78.— In view of request made by the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad vide his memo No. 8631/MB-II dated 24th December, 2024, I, Justice H.S. Bhalla (Retd.), Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Haryana, in exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee (Delimitation of Wards and Election) Rules, 2023, hereby modify the notification No. CGEH/08/2023/161, dated 17th August, 2023 and appoint/designate Estate Officer, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Faridabad as Returning Officer for ward No. 40-Faridabad of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee in place of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad.
