संख्या 04/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 39 की उपधारा (6) के साथ पठित धारा 168 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य कर आयुक्त, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, पंजी—त गैर-निवासी कर योग्य व्यक्ति द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 39 की उपधारा (5) के साथ पठित हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 63 के अन्तर्गत, दिसम्बर, 2024 माह के लिए प्ररूप जीएसटीआर-5 में विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने की समय-सीमा को, माह जनवरी, 2025 के पंद्रहवे दिन तक आगे बढ़ाते हैं।

The 13th January, 2025
No. 04/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Commissioner of State Tax, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the return by a non-resident taxable person, in FORM GSTR-5, under sub-section (5) of section 39 of the said Act read with rule 63 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the month of December, 2024 till the 15th day of January, 2025.
