संख्या 1/47/2023-1टी०सी०पी०.— सोनीपत महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 28) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 1/47/2023-1टी0सी0पी0, दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 2023 का आंषिक रूप से अधिक्रमण करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि को ऐसी तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं; जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 46 तथा 47 के उपबन्ध लागू होगे।

Notification

No. 1/47/2023-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2023 (28 of 2023) and in partial supersession of the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, Notification No. 1/47/2023-1TCP, dated the 20th December, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette to be the date on which the provisions of sections 46 and 47 of the said Act shall come into force.
