The afore-said petitioner has filed the above said petition against you and other opponents in this Tribunal to obtain Rs. 2,13,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Thirteen Thousand only) of compensation.
You are therefore, informed by this notice that in spite of 696 repeated notices issued against you Opponent No. 2. It is not served upon you. Therefore you are hereby directed that you should remain present before this Tribunal in person on the 24th day of January, 2025 at 10-45 a.m. to give reply of the said petition tiling which the said petition shall be heard and decided in your absence.
Take notice that, in default of your appearance on the aforesaid day, the petition will be heard and determined in your absence.
