संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए०आर०.- हरियाणा सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2014 (2014 का 4) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, आयोग की सिफारिषों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, सामान्य प्रषासन विभाग (प्रषासकीय सुधार शाखा), अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए0आर0, दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2023 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

संशोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, सामान्य प्रषासन विभाग (प्रषासकीय सुधार शाखा), अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए0आर0, दिनांक 13 नवम्बर, 2023 में, अनुसूची में, खाना 3 तथा 4 के नीचे,- (i) क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, विद्यमान शीर्ष 'अस्थायी कनेक्षन जारी करना' तथा मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित शीर्ष तथा मद प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्‌ः-

''अस्थायी कनेक्षन जारी करना (कृषि पंपिंग (ए.पी.) श्रेणी को छोड़कर)

(i) एल.टी. आपूर्ति सम्पूर्ण आवेदन प्रभारों और दस्तावेज़ों की प्राप्ति से • मेट्रोपोलिटन क्षेत्रों में • अन्य नगरपालिका क्षेत्रों में • ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में	0 3 दिन 07 दिन 15 दिन'';

(113)114 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JAN. 16, 2025 (PAUS. 26, 1946 SAKA) (ii) क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, विद्यमान शीर्ष 'नये कनेक्षन/अतिरिक्त लोड जारी करना' तथा मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित शीर्ष तथा मद प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्‌ः-

''नया कनेक्षन/अतिरिक्त लोड जारी करना (कृषि पंपिंग (ए.पी.) श्रेणी को छोड़कर)

No. 7/31/2014-3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 (4 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendation of the Commission hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, General Administration Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 30th November, 2023, namely:-

In the Haryana Government, General Administration Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 30th November, 2023, in the Schedule, under columns 3 and 4,- (i) against serial number 1, for the existing heading 'Release of Temporary Connection' and item (i), the following heading and item shall be substituted, namely:-

(i) LT Supply From receipt of complete application, charges, documents. • In Metropolitan areas • In Other Municipal Areas • In Rural Areas	03 Days 07 Days 15 Days";
