No. GA/3/2025/263.— As per the Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000- 3JJ(1), dated 14-05-2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, now Sub-section (1) of Section 14 of Bhartiya Nagrik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following 6 officers as Special Executive Magistrates to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Faridabad District upto end of Haryana Sikh Gurudwara Managing Committee Election-2025 in public interest:-
