क्रमांक रा०नि०आ०/4ई-।।/2025/92.- हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्री सुखदेव सिंह पुत्र श्री दलीप सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री सुरेंद्र सिंह पुत्र श्री बलबीर सिंह, उप-अध्यक्ष के खिलाफ "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद 13.01.2025 को हुए चुनाव में श्री सतीष कुमार पुत्र श्री माया सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री षीषपाल पुत्र श्री सूरज मल, उप-अध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, चिडा़व, जिला करनाल के रुप में निर्वाचित होने के परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, इसके द्वारा श्री सतीष कुमार पुत्र श्री माया सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री षीषपाल पुत्र श्री सूरज मल, उप-अध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, चिडा़व, जिला करनाल के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ ताकि वह षेष कार्यकाल के लिए कार्य कर सकें।

No. SEC/4E-III/2025/92.— Consequent upon election of Sh. Satish Kumar s/o Sh. Maya Singh as Chairman and Sh. Shishpal s/o Sh. Suraj Mal as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Chirao, District Karnal in the election held on 13.01.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" passed against Sh. Sukhdev Singh s/o Sh. Dalip Singh, Chairman and Sh. Surender Singh s/o Sh. Balbir Singh, Vice-Chairman in the meeting held on 20.12.2024, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify names of Sh.Satish Kumar s/o Sh.Maya Singh as Chairman and Sh. Shishpal s/o Sh. Suraj Mal as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Chirao, District Karnal to serve for the remaining period of the term.
