संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए०आर०.- हरियाणा सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2014 (2014 का 4) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, आयोग की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, प्रशासकीय सुधार विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए0आर0, दिनांक 22 जून, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

हरियाणा सरकार, प्रशासकीय सुधार विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए0आर0, दिनांक 22 जून, 2022 मेें, अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने, खाना 4 के नीचे, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ; अर्थात्‌ः-

No. 7/31/2014-3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 (4 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendation of the Commission hereby makes the following amendment in Haryana Government, Administrative Reforms Department, notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 22nd June, 2022, namely:-

In the Haryana Government, Administrative Reforms Department, notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 22nd June, 2022, in the Schedule, against serial number 3, under column 4 for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

VIVEK JOSHI,

Chief Secretary to Government Haryana.
