संख्या 3809.- हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन नियम, 1976 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 8) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं, इसके द्वारा, उक्त धारा की उपधारा (1) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा उसके पश्चात् सरकार, नियमों के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों के साथ, यदि कोई हों, जो अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति से लिखित में नियमों के प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाएं, विचार करेगी।
प्रारूप नियम
1. ये नियम हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन नियम, 1976 में, अनुसूची में, खाना 5 में, नीचे, "मध्यम क्षमता जोन" शीर्ष के नीचे,-
(क) मद (ii) में, अंत में, ";" चिह्न रखा जाएगा; तथा
(ख) अंत में, निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
"(iii) जिला गुरूग्राम में पटौदी-हेली मण्डी तथा फरूखनगर की विकास योजना का भाग रूप बनने वाला क्षेत्र।"। 228 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JAN. 29, 2025 (MAGH. 9, 1946 SAKA)

No. 3809.— The following draft of rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976 which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975), is hereby published as required under sub-section (1) of the said section, for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the following draft of rules shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received in writing by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Town and Country Planning Department, Chandigarh from any person in respect to the draft of rules before the expiry of the period so specified.
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
2. In the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, in the Schedule, under column 5, under heading 'Medium Potential Zone',-
(a) in item (ii), for the sign "." existing at the end , the sign ";" shall be substituted; and
(b) the following item shall be added at the end, namely:-
"(iii) Areas forming part of Development Plan Pataudi-Haily Mandi and Farukhnagar in District Gurugram.".
