हरियाणा सरकार सिंचाई तथा जल संसाधन विभाग
अधिसूचना
दिनांक 3 फरवरी, 2025 संख्या 46/18/2024-3सिं० कार्य.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग, परिमण्डल संवर्ग, कामगार स्थापना ग्रुप-ग सेवा नियम, 2011 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः- 1. ये नियम हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग, परिमण्डल संवर्ग, कामगार स्थापना ग्रुप-ग सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2024 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग, परिमण्डल संवर्ग, कामगार स्थापना ग्रुप-ग सेवा नियम, 2011 में, परिषिष्ट ख में- I. ''मकैनिकल विंग'' शीर्ष के नीचे,- (अ) क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने,-
(क) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मदें (i) तथा (v) के स्थान पर, क्रमषः निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (v) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, ''स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मदें (i) तथा (v) के स्थान पर, क्रमषः निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (v) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(आ) क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने,-
(क) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मदें (i) तथा (v) के स्थान पर, क्रमषः निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (v) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, ''स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मदें (i) तथा (v) के स्थान पर, क्रमषः निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष;

(इ) क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने,-
(क) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मदें (i) तथा (v) के स्थान पर, क्रमषः निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (v) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, ''स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मदें (i) तथा (v) के स्थान पर, क्रमषः निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (v) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
II. सिविल (i) क्रम संख्या 14 के सामने,-
(क) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (iक) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (iक) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ii) क्रम संख्या 15 के सामने,-
(क) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; ( iक) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, ''स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; ( iक) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(iii) क्रम संख्या 16 के सामने,-
(क) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (iक) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी'';
(ख) खाना 4 के नीचे, स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः- ''(i) 10+2 या इसके समकक्ष; (iक) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी''।

The 3rd February, 2025
No. 46/18/2024-3 I.W.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Cadre, Workmen Establishment Group C Service Rules, 2011, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Cadre, Workmen Establishment Group C Service (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
2. In the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Cadre, Workmen Establishment Group C Service Rules, 2011. Appendix-B,-
I. under heading "Mechanical Wing",
(A) against serial number 3,-
(a) under Column 3,-
(I) for existing item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) 10+2 or its equivalent;";
(II) for existing item (v), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(v) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric or
Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education;";
(b) under column 4, under heading "By Transfer/Deputation,-
(I) for existing item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) 10+2 or its equivalent;";
(II) for existing item (v), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(v) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric or
Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education;";
(B) against serial number 4,-
(a) under Column 3,-
(I) for existing item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) 10+2 or its equivalent;";
