क्रमांक रा0नि0आ0/4ई-।।/2025/193.— हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्रीमती हरप्रीत कौर पत्नी श्री स्वर्ण सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, रायपुररानी, जिला पंचकूला के विरुद्व दिनांक 07.01.2025 को हुयी बैठक में "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद दिनांक 05.02..2025 को हुए चुनाव में श्रीमती रीतू पत्नी श्री वकील सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, रायपुररानी, जिला पंचकूला, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुयी हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्रीमती रीतू पत्नी श्री वकील सिंह, को शेष कार्यकाल के लिये उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, रायपुररानी, जिला पंचकूला के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ।

No. SEC/4E-III/2025/193.— Consequent upon election of Smt.Ritu w/o Sh.Vakil Singh as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Raipur Rani, District Panchkula in the election held on 05.02.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" passed against Smt. Harpreet Kaur W/o Sh. Sawaran Singh as Vice-Chairman in the meeting held on 07.01.2025, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify name of Smt. Ritu W/o Sh. Vakil Singh as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Raipur Rani, District Panchkula to serve for the remaining period of the term.
