संख्या 2/1/2024-1एच०सी०.- दूरसंचार (संदेषों के विधिपूर्ण अपरोधन के लिए प्रक्रिया और रक्षोपाय) नियम, 2024 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, गृृह विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 2/1/2011-1एच(सी), दिनांक 21 जनवरी, 2011 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, निम्नलिखित सदस्यों से मिलकर बनने वाली पुनर्विलोकन समिति गठित करते हैं, अर्थात्् :-
1. मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, अध्यक्ष;
2. वित्तायुक्त एवं अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार,
राजस्व तथा आपदा प्रबन्धन विभाग, सदस्य; तथा 3. विधि परामर्षी एवं प्रषासकीय सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार,

No. 2/1/2024-1HC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Telecommunications (Procedures and Safeguards for Lawful Interception of Messages) Rules, 2024 and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Home Department, Notification No. 2/1/2011-1H(C), dated the 21st January, 2011, the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes a review committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
1. Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana,
Chairperson;
2. Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Member; and 3. Legal Remembrancer and Administrative Secretary to Government, Haryana,
Law and Legislative Department. Member.
The headquarter of the review committee shall be at Chandigarh.
