क्रमांक रा0नि0आ0/4ई-।।/2025/203.- हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्रीमती मनजीत सरां पत्नी श्री संदीप सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री गुरदेव सिंह पुत्र श्री वीर सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, बडागुढा, जिला सिरसा के विरुद्ध दिनांक 23/12/2024 तथा 26/12/2024 को हुयी बैठकों में "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद दिनांक 06.02..2025 को हुए चुनाव में श्रीमती कुलवंत कौर पत्नी श्री रमनदीप सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री अग्रेज सिंह पुत्र श्री बलबीर सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, बडागुढा, जिला सिरसा, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुये हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्रीमती कुलवंत कौर पत्नी श्री रमनदीप सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री अग्रेज सिंह पुत्र श्री बलबीर सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, बडागुढा, जिला सिरसा के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ।

No. SEC/4E-III/2025/203.— Consequent upon election of Smt. Kulwant Kaur w/o Sh. Ramandeep Singh as Chairman and Sh. Angrej Singh s/o Sh. Balbir Singh as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Baragudha, District Sirsa in the election held on 06.02.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" passed against Smt. Manjeet Sran w/o Sh. Sandeep Singh, Chairman and Sh. Gurdev Singh s/o Sh. Veer Singh, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Baragudha, District Sirsa in the meetings held on 23.12.2024 and 26.12.2024 respectively, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify names of Smt. Kulwant Kaur w/o Sh. Ramandeep Singh as Chairman and Sh. Angrej Singh s/o Sh. Balbir Singh as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Baragudha, District Sirsa to serve for the remaining period of the terms.
