क्रमांक 16/6/2024-3टी(ा).— राज्य सरकार केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन नियम, 1989 के अध्याय-XI के तहत स्वचालित परीक्षण स्टेशन के पंजीकरण के लिए निर्धारित कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए परिवहन आयुक्त को पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।
राज्य सरकार आगे केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन नियम, 1989 के नियम 183 और नियम 186 के प्रयोजन के लिए क्रमशः सचिव, क्षेत्रीय परिवहन प्राधिकरण और परिवहन विभाग के प्रशासनिक सचिव को अपीलीय प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

No.16/6/2024-3T(I).— The State Government hereby appoints the Transport Commissioner as the Registering Authority to carry out the functions prescribed under Chapter-XI of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 for the registration of the Automated Testing Stations.
The State Government further appoints the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority and the Administrative Secretary of the Transport Department as the Appellate Authority for the purpose of Rule 183 and Rule 186 respectively of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989.
