क्रमांक रा0नि0आ0/4ई-।।/2025/215.- हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्री सोनू पुत्र श्री जोगिन्द्र, अध्यक्ष और श्रीमती कृष्णा पत्नी श्री रोहताष, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, गन्नौर, जिला सोनीपत के विरुद्ध दिनांक 10/01/2025 को हुये बैठक में "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद दिनांक 06.02..2025 को हुए चुनाव में श्री अनिल पुत्र कर्ण सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री अरुण पुत्र श्री षिव दत्त, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, गन्नौर, जिला सोनीपत, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुये हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्री अनिल पुत्र कर्ण सिंह, अध्यक्ष और श्री अरुण पुत्र श्री षिव दत्त, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, गन्नौर, जिला सोनीपत के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ।

No. SEC/4E-III/2025/215.— Consequent upon election of Sh. Anil s/o Sh. Karan Singh as Chairman and Sh. Arun s/o Sh. Shiv Dutt as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Ganaur, District Sonipat in the election held on 06.02.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" passed against Sh. Sonu s/o Sh. Joginder, Chairman and Smt. Krishna w/o Sh. Rohtash, Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Ganaur, District Sonipat in the meetings held on 10.01.2025, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify names of Sh. Anil s/o Sh. Karan Singh as Chairman and Sh. Arun s/o Sh. Shiv Dutt as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Ganaur, District Sonipat to serve for the remaining period of the terms.
