संख्या 02/01/2025-1IB-II.- हरियाणा सरकार के बजट 2023-24 की घोषणाओं के अनुसरण में, सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (MSEs) के लिए निर्बाध उत्पादन और निर्बाध सेवाएं सुनिश्चित करने के लिए और राज्य के सभी पंजी—त MSEs के बीच औद्योगिक निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति (यूपीएस) को अपनाने को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल ने "औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम अधिग्रहण योजना" को निम्नलिखित प्रावधानों के साथ अधिसूचित करने की —पा की है। 1. उद्देश्यः

उत्पादन समय के नुकसान को कम करने, गुणवत्ता में असंगति और अचानक बिजली कटौती के कारण दक्षता में कमी को कम करने के लिए एवं सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (MSEs) को सहायता प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से, हरियाणा के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने बजट भाषण 2023 में घोषणा की कि राज्य के सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (MSEs) को औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम की खरीद पर किए गए पूंजीगत व्यय पर वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। यह इन सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (MSEs) को निर्बाध उत्पादन और निर्बाध सेवा प्राप्त करने में सक्षम बनाएगा, साथ ही बिजली की खपत को कम करेगा और बदले में उनकी उत्पादकता और गुणवत्ता को बढ़ावा देगा।

2. सहायता की मात्राः

'सी' और 'डी' श्रेणी के ब्लॉकों में स्थित और 100 KVA तक की जुड़ी हुई लोड वाले सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों द्वारा किए गए औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति के रूप में अधिकतम 20 लाख रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी, निम्नलिखित विवरणों के अनुसारः

विभिन्न औद्योगिक निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति (यूपीएस) प्रणालियों के लिए लागत सीमा नीचे दी गई हैः

(i) पारंपरिक लेड एसिड (वीआरएलए) आधारित औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम के लिए 12,000 रुपये प्रति केवीए (KVA)।

(ii) लिथियम बैटरी आधारित औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम के लिए 36,000 रुपये प्रति केवीए (KVA)।

(EXTRA.), FEB. 17, 2025 (MAGH. 28, 1946 SAKA) 349 टिप्पणीः योजना के तहत वित्तीय सहायता 01 घंटे के अधिकतम बैकअप समय के साथ औद्योगिक यूपीएस की लागत के आधार पर दी जाएगी। यदि प्राप्त औद्योगिक यूपीएस का बैकअप समय 01 घंटे से अधिक हो जाता है, तो सहायता 01 घंटे की बैकअप क्षमता वाले यूपीएस की आनुपातिक लागत के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाएगी। 3. परिभाषाएँः (i) औद्योगिक यूपीएस (निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति) सिस्टमः औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम एक उपकरण है जो बिजली कटौती या मुख्य बिजली आपूर्ति में उतार-चढ़ाव की स्थिति में बैकअप बिजली प्रदान करता है और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक/इलेक्ट्रिकल उपकरणों की सुरक्षा करता है। यह मुख्य बिजली आपूर्ति बहाल होने तक महत्वपूर्ण संचालन या उपकरण क्षति की रुकावट को रोकने के लिए अस्थायी बिजली प्रदान करता है। औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम में आमतौर पर बैटरी/बैटरियों का एक सेट, एक चार्जिंग तंत्र यानी इनवर्टर होता है। (ii) लघु उद्यमः प्लांट और मशीनरी या उपकरण में निवेश 10 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक नहीं है और टर्नओवर 50 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक नहीं है या समय-समय पर सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विकास अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत भारत सरकार द्वारा संशोधित किया गया है। (iii) सूक्ष्म उद्यमः प्लांट और मशीनरी या उपकरण में निवेश 1 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक नहीं है और टर्नओवर 5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक नहीं है या समय-समय पर सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विकास अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत भारत सरकार द्वारा संशोधित किया गया है। 4. प्रारंभ और प्रयोज्यताः

योजना अधिसूचना की तिथि से प्रारंभ होगी और हरियाणा उद्यम और रोजगार नीति, 2020 (HEEP-2020) की संचालित अवधि के लिए लागू रहेगी। 5. पात्रताः

हरियाणा राज्य में संचालित सभी मौजूदा सूक्ष्म और लघु औद्योगिक इकाइयों को औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम की खरीद पर किए गए पूंजीगत व्यय की प्रतिपूर्ति के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। पात्र औद्योगिक इकाइयां निम्नलिखित शर्तों का भी पालन करेंगीः

(i) इकाई वाणिज्यिक उत्पादन में होनी चाहिए अर्थात योजना के तहत लाभ केवल वाणिज्यिक उत्पादन शुरू होने के बाद ही उठाया जा सकता है।

(ii) संवितरण के समय इकाई नियमित वाणिज्यिक उत्पादन में होनी चाहिए और किसी बंद इकाई को सब्सिडी जारी नहीं की जाएगी।

(iii) इकाई ने सक्षम प्राधिकरण से NOC/CLU प्राप्त किया हो, यदि लागू हो। (iv) इकाई का निर्माण मद HEEP-2020 या राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर अधिसूचित प्रतिबंधात्मक सूची में नहीं होना चाहिए।

(v) इकाई के पास उत्पादन गतिविधियों के लिए उद्यम पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (URC) और हरियाणा उद्यम ज्ञापन (HUM) होना चाहिए।

(vi) स्थापित होने वाले औद्योगिक यूपीएस की क्षमता इकाई के कुल जुड़ी हुई लोड से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। यदि अधिग्रहीत/स्थापित औद्योगिक यूपीएस की क्षमता इकाई की कुल जुड़ी हुई लोड से अधिक होती है तो सब्सिडी (चाहे अनुपातिक हो या पूर्ण राशि) मान्य नहीं होगी। औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम जिसके लिए प्रतिपूर्ति का दावा किया जा रहा है, संचालन में होना चाहिए।

(vii) स्थापित होने वाला औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम नया होना चाहिए और अधि—त डीलर/निर्माता (OEM) से खरीदा जाना चाहिए। प्रयुक्त औद्योगिक यूपीएस की खरीद पर कोई सब्सिडी मान्य नहीं होगी।

(viii) खरीदे जाने वाले औद्योगिक यूपीएस की न्यूनतम वारंटी 02 वर्ष होनी चाहिए । (ix) अधिग्रहीत की जाने वाली औद्योगिक यूपीएस की बैटरी में नीचे दिए गए अनुसार न्यूनतम गारंटी—त शेल्फ जीवन होना चाहिएः

• वाल्व रेगुलेटेड लीड एसिड बैटरी-02 वर्ष।

• लिथियम-आयन बैटरी-05 वर्ष।

(x) योजना के तहत कई औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम/उपकरणों की अधिग्रहण की अनुमति नहीं होगी। ऐसे मामलों में केवल एक औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम/उपकरण पात्र होगा।

(xi) दावा आवेदन पर कार्यवाही करते समय सहायक लागत जैसे परिवहन, स्थापना/ सिविल कार्य, जीएसटी आदि को बाहर रखा जाएगा।

(xii) इकाई योजना की संचालित अवधि के दौरान केवल एक बार योजना का लाभ उठा सकती है। 6. प्रक्रियाः (i) सूचीबद्ध दस्तावेजों के साथ सहायता अनुदान के लिए निर्धारित फॉर्म (अनुलग्नक-I) में एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन अधिसूचना की तारीख के बाद औद्योगिक यूपीएस सिस्टम के खरीद चालान की तारीख से 03 महीने के भीतर विभाग के वेब पोर्टल पर जमा किया जाएगा। योजना का जो भी बाद में हो।350 HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), FEB. 17, 2025 (MAGH. 28, 1946 SAKA) (ii) आवेदन पर संबंधित संयुक्त निदेशक/उप-निदेशक, जिला एमएसएमई केंद्र द्वारा कार्रवाई और जांच की जाएगी। वह दस्तावेजों की जांच और सत्यापन के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा और इकाई का भौतिक निरीक्षण करने के बाद दावे के अनुमोदन/अस्वी—ति के लिए आवेदन की स्पष्ट रूप से सिफारिश करेगा। कमियाँ, यदि कोई हों, तो आवेदक को केवल 07 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर वेब-पोर्टल के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा और आवेदक को बताई गई कमियों को सुधारने के लिए 10 दिनों की समयावधि दी जाएगी। (iii) यदि आवेदक द्वारा निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर कमियों को दूर नहीं किया जाता है, तो दावा सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा दायर किया जाएगा। 7. समय सीमाः

यदि योजना की अधिसूचना के उपरान्त आवेदक औद्योगिक यूपीएस के खरीद चालान की तारीख से 03 महीने के भीतर सभी प्रकार से पूर्ण अपना दावा प्रस्तुत नहीं करता है, तो औद्योगिक यूपीएस प्रणाली के अधिग्रहण में वित्तीय सहायता के लिए उसकी पात्रता समाप्त हो जाएगी।

8. मंजूरी के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारीः

विभाग प्रमुख (एचओडी) यानी सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम निदेशालय के निदेशक/महानिदेशक मंजूरी के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी होंगे।।

9. व्याख्या/स्पष्टीकरणः

उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के प्रशासनिक सचिव इस योजना के प्रावधानों की व्याख्या/स्पष्टीकरण करने के लिए सक्षम होंगे। नोटः हिंदी और अंग्रेजी संस्करणों में भिन्नता की स्थिति में, अंग्रेजी संस्करण सर्वोच्च होगा।

10. अपीलः

सक्षम प्राधिकरण द्वारा पारित आदेशों के विरुद्ध अपील उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के प्रशासनिक सचिव के पास आदेश लागू होने के 30 दिन के भीतर की जाएगी । अपील विभाग के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर की जाएगी तथा किसी अन्य माध्यम से की गई अपील पर अपीलीय प्राधिकारी द्वारा विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। अपील में उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग, हरियाणा के प्रशासनिक सचिव द्वारा पारित आदेश अंतिम होंगे।

11. आवेदन और अपील प्रस्तुत करने में देरी को माफ करने की शक्तिः

(क) सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम निदेशालय के महानिदेशक/निदेशक, निर्धारित समय सीमा के बाद 3 महीने की अवधि तक की देरी को माफ करने के लिए सक्षम होंगे।

(ख) प्रशासनिक सचिव, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य, हरियाणा निर्धारित समय सीमा के बाद 6 महीने की अवधि तक की देरी को माफ करने के लिए सक्षम होंगे।

बशर्ते कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी अपीलकर्ता द्वारा प्रस्तुत पर्याप्त साक्ष्य/दस्तावेजों के आधार पर आवेदन देर से जमा करने के कारणों से संतुष्ट हो। 12. दंडात्मक कार्रवाईः

यदि किसी भी स्तर पर यह पाया जाता है कि आवेदक ने गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर सहायता का दावा किया है, तो आवेदक को 12% प्रति वर्ष की चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज दर के साथ सहायता वापस करनी होगी और कानूनी कार्रवाई का सामना करना पड़ेगा। आवेदक को राज्य सरकार से किसी भी प्रोत्साहन/सहायता के अनुदान से भी वंचित कर दिया जाएगा। यदि आवेदक ब्याज सहित सब्सिडी राशि वापस करने में विफल रहता है, तो राशि को भू-राजस्व के बकाया के रूप में वसूल किया जाएगा। तथ्यों और आंकड़ों में बेमेल के परिणामस्वरूप आवेदक को सार्वजनिक खरीद से भी वंचित कर दिया जाएगा । 13. सेवा वितरण समय सीमाः

17. आवेदन के साथ संलग्न किए जाने वाले नवीनतम दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियांः

i. उद्यम पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (यूआरसी) और हरियाणा उद्यम ज्ञापन (एचयूएम) की प्रति।

ii. द्वितीय. 50/- (न्यूनतम) के गैर-न्यायिक स्टाम्प पेपर पर आवेदक द्वारा नोटरी पब्लिक या प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष विधिवत शपथ ली गई घोषणा (अनुलग्नक II)।

iii. फॉर्म 'ए' और 'सी' के साथ निगमन/साझेदारी विलेख/साझेदारी पंजीकरण का प्रमाण पत्र/सहकारी सोसायटी पंजीकरण आदि।

iv. बोर्ड संकल्प/पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी पर अधिकांश निदेशकों/साझेदारों द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किए जाने चाहिए। v. किए गए व्यय के विवरण का चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट का प्रमाण पत्र (मूल रूप में) (अनुलग्नक-III)।

vi. सक्षम प्राधिकारी से भूमि उपयोग में परिवर्तन (सीएलयू)/एनओसी (एनओसी के लिए अनुलग्नक-IV352 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), FEB. 17, 2025 (MAGH. 28, 1946 SAKA) vii. यदि लागू हो। सातवीं पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए वार्षिक जीएसटी रिटर्न और ऑडिटेड बैलेंस शीट की प्रतिलिपि, जैसा लागू हो।

viii. संयंत्र एवं मशीनरी की सूची (अनुलग्नक-V)।

ix. ISO-5001 प्रमाणपत्र की प्रति। x टैक्स चालान और उसके भुगतान का प्रमाण यानी बैंक स्टेटमेंट या ई-मेल या संबंधित बैंक का पत्र जिसमें दावा किए गए विस्तार के लिए संबंधित विक्रेता को भुगतान जारी करने का उल्लेख है।

xi. भूमि प्रमाण अर्थात आवंटन पत्र/कब्जा प्रमाणपत्र/बिक्री विलेख/हस्तांतरण विलेख/संवहन विलेख। यदि इकाई पट्टे/किराए पर चल रही है तो न्यूनतम 10 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए पंजी—त पट्टा विलेख/पंजी—त किराया विलेख।

xii. एमएसएमई निदेशालय द्वारा समय-समय पर अपेक्षित कोई अन्य दस्तावेज।

No. 02/01/2025-1IB-II.— In pursuance of the Government of Haryana's Budget 2023-24 announcements, to ensure uninterrupted production & seamless services for Micro and Small enterprises (MSEs) and to promote adoption of industrial Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) among all registered MSEs of the State, the Government of Haryana is pleased to notify the Scheme of "Industrial UPS System Acquisition Scheme" with following provisions:

1. Objective:

In order to provide support to MSEs for minimizing the loss of production time, inconsistency in quality and reduction in efficiency due to sudden power outages, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Haryana announced in his Budget Speech 2023-2024 that MSEs of the State shall be provided financial assistance on the capital expenditure incurred on purchase of Industrial Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System. This will enable these MSES to achieve uninterrupted production and seamless service while also minimizing electricity consumption and in-turn boost their productivity as well as quality.

2. Quantum of Assistance:

A financial assistance for maximum amount up to INR 20 lakhs will be provided by way of reimbursement of cost of Industrial Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System incurred by Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having connected load of upto 100 kVA, as per following details:

The cost capping for different Industrial Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems is given as below:

(i) INR 12,000 per KVA for conventional lead acid (VRLA) based Industrial UPS System.

(ii) INR 36,000 per KVA for Lithium battery based Industrial UPS System.

Note: The financial assistance under the scheme will be granted based on the cost of Industrial UPS with a

maximum backup time of 01 hour. If the backup time of Industrial UPS acquired extends beyond 01 hour, the

assistance will be determined based on the proportionate cost of a UPS having 01 hour backup capacity.

3. Definitions:

(i) Industrial UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) System:

For the purposes of the Scheme, Industrial UPS System is a device that provides backup power and protects the electronic/electrical devices in case of power outage or fluctuation in the main power supply. It offers temporary power to prevent disruption of critical operations or equipment damages, till the main power supply is restored. Industrial UPS System typically consists of a battery/set of batteries, a charging mechanism i.e. inverter.

(ii) Small Enterprise:

Investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment does not exceed INR 10 crores and turnover does not exceed INR 50 crores or as amended by Govt. of India under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 from time to time.

(iii) Micro Enterprise:

Investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment does not exceed INR 1 crores and turnover does not exceed INR 5 crores or as amended by Govt. of India under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 from time to time.

4. Commencement and Applicability:

The scheme shall commence from date of notification of the said scheme and the same shall remain in operation for the operative period of Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy, 2020 (HEEP-2020) or the period as the State Govt. may deem fit.

5. Eligibility:

All Micro and Small Industrial Units operating in the State of Haryana and having connected load of upto 100 kVA, shall be provided financial support by way of reimbursement of capital expenditure incurred in purchase of Industrial UPS System having load of upto 100 kVA. The eligible industrial units shall also comply with the following conditions:

(i) The unit should be in commercial production i.e. the benefit under the scheme may be availed only after commencement of commercial production.

(ii) The unit should be in regular commercial production at the time of disbursement and the subsidy shall not be released to a closed unit.

(iii) The unit should have obtained NOC/CLU from Competent Authority, if applicable.

(iv) The item of manufacture of the unit should not have been placed in the restrictive list of HEEP-2020 or as notified by the State Government from time to time.

(v) The unit should have Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) for manufacturing activities.

(vi) The capacity of the industrial UPS to be acquired/ installed should not exceed the total connected load of the unit. No subsidy shall be admissible (whether proportionate or full amount), in case capacity of industrial UPS acquired/installed exceeds the total connected load of the unit. The Industrial UPS System for which reimbursement is being claimed, should be operational.

(vii) The Industrial UPS System to be acquired/ installed should be new and should be purchased from authorized dealer/manufacturer (OEM). No subsidy shall be admissible on purchase of second-hand Industrial UPS. The manufacturer of the acquired Industrial UPS System should comply with BIS/EN/IEC/IEEE Safety Standards, as applicable.

(viii) The Industrial UPS to be acquired should have a minimum warranty period of 02 years.

(ix) The battery of the Industrial UPS to be acquired should have a minimum guaranteed shelf life as given below:

• Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery-02 years.

• Lithium-ion battery-05 years.

(x) The acquisition of multiple industrial UPS Systems will not be entertained under the scheme. The unit shall be entitled for reimbursement against one Industrial UPS System only.

(xi) The auxiliary costs viz Transportation, Installation/Civil Works, GST etc. shall be excluded while processing the claim application.

(xii) The unit can avail the benefits of the scheme only once during the operative period of the Scheme.

6. Procedure:

(i) An online application in prescribed Form (Annexure-1) along with listed documents shall be submitted on the web portal of the department within 03 months of date of purchase invoice of Industrial UPS System after the date of notification of the scheme.

(ii) The application shall be processed and examined by the concerned Joint Director/Deputy Director, District MSME Centre. He/She shall be responsible for scrutiny & verification of the documents and shall clearly recommend the application for approval/rejection of the claim after conducting physical inspection of the unit. The deficiencies, if any, would be communicated to the applicant only through web-portal within a period of 07 days and the applicant would be given a time-period of 10 days to rectify the deficiencies so pointed-out.

(iii) In case the deficiencies are not removed within the said prescribed period by the applicant, the claim shall be filed by the Competent Authority.

7. Time Limit:

The applicant shall forfeit its entitlement for the financial assistance in acquisition of industrial UPS system, if it does not submit its claim, complete in all respects within 03 months of the date of purchase invoice of Industrial UPS System after the notification of the scheme.

8. Competent Authority for Sanction:

The Head of Department (HoD) i.e. Director/Director General of the Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises shall be competent authority for sanction.

9. Interpretation/Clarification:

The Administrative Secretary of Industries & Commerce Department shall be competent to make interpretation/clarification of provisions of this scheme.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the Hindi and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

10. Appeal:

The appeal against orders passed by the Competent Authority shall lie with the Administrative Secretary of Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana within a period of 30 days from the date of issuance of impugned orders, if any.

The appeal shall be made on the online portal of the Department and no appeal made through any other modes shall be entertained by the appellate authority. The orders passed by the Administrative Secretary of Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana in the appeal shall be final.

11. Power to condone delay in submission of application & appeal:

(a) The Director/Director General of the Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, shall be competent to condone the delay up to a period of 3 months after the prescribed time limit.

(b) The Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce, Haryana shall be competent to condone the delay up to a period of 6 months after the prescribed time limit.

Provided that the competent authority is satisfied with the reasons of late submission of the application

on the basis of the pleadings presented by the appellant.

12. Penal Action:

In case, it is found at any stage that the applicant has claimed the assistance on the basis of wrong facts, the applicant shall refund assistance with compound rate of interest 12% per annum and face legal action. The applicant shall also be debarred from grant of any incentives/assistance from the State Government. If the applicant fails to refund the subsidy amount with interest, then the amount shall be recovered as arrear of land revenue. The applicant shall also be debarred from public procurement as a result of mismatch in facts and figures.

iii. Board Resolution/Power of Attorney to be signed by the majority of the Directors/Partners duly attested by authorized signatory and should contain details of the Directors/Partners alongwith their DIN (as applicable).

iv. Certificate of Incorporation/ Partnership deed/Partnership Registration with Form 'A' & 'C'/ Co-operative Society Registration etc.

v. Chartered Accountant's Certificate of details of Expenditure incurred (in original) (Annexure-III).

vi. Change of Land Use (CLU)/ NOC (Annexure-IV for NOC) from competent authority, if applicable.

vii. Copy of Annual GST return and Audited Balance Sheet for last financial year, as applicable.

viii. Copy of BIS/EN/IEC/IEEE Certification of the concerned Manufacturer/OEM.

ix. Tax invoice and payment proof thereof i.e. Bank Statement or E-mail or letter of the concerned bank mentioning the details viz. Name/Account No. etc. of the concerned vendor. The invoice should be supported with minimum warranty period of Industrial UPS and minimum guarantee period of the shelf-life of battery as well as maximum backup time of the said UPS system.

x. List of Plant & Machinery (Annexure-V).

xi. Land Proof i.e. Allotment Letter/Occupation Certificate/Sale Deed/ Transfer Deed/Conveyance Deed in favor of the Applicant Unit/Proprietor. The Registered Lease Deed/Registered Rent Deed should be for a minimum period of 05 years in favor of the Applicant Unit/Proprietor, in case the unit is running on lease/rent.

xii. Any other document as required by the Directorate of MSME from time to time.
