क्रमांक रा0नि0आ0/4ई-।।/2025/242.- हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्री दीपक कुण्डूू पुत्र श्री महेन्द्र कुण्डू्र, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, पिल्लुखेड़ा, जिला जीन्द के विरुद्ध दिनांक 03.01.2025 को हुये बैठक में "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद दिनांक 17.02.2025 को हुए चुनाव में श्री रणबीर सिंह पुत्र बीरु राम, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, पिल्लुखेड़ा, जिला जीन्द, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुये हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्री रणबीर सिंह पुत्र बीरु राम को षेष कार्यकाल के लिये उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, पिल्लुखेड़ा, जिला जीन्द के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ।

Biru Ram as Vice- Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind in the election held on 17.02.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" was passed against Sh. Deepak Kundu s/o Sh. Mahender Kundu, Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind in the meeting held on 03.01.2025, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify name of Sh. Ranbir Singh s/o Sh. Biru Ram as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind to serve for the remaining period of the term.
