क्रमांक रा०नि०आ०/4ई-II/2025/331.— हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्रीमती नीलम पत्नी श्री संजय, अध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, हांसी-1, जिला हिसार के विरुद्व दिनांक 09.01.2025 को हुयी बैठक में "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद दिनांक 10.03.2025 को हुये चुनाव में श्रीमती षीला पत्नी श्री सुभाष, अध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, हांसी-1, जिला हिसार, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुयी हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्रीमती षीला पत्नी श्री सुभाष को षेष कार्यकाल के लिये अध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, हांसी-1, जिला हिसार के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ।

Sheela W/o Shri Subhash as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Hansi-I, District Hisar in the election held on 10.03.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" was passed against Smt. Neelam W/o Shri Sanjay, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Hansi-I, District Hisar in the meeting held on 09.01.2025 in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify name of Smt. Sheela W/o Shri Subhash as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Hansi-I, District Hisar to serve for the remaining period of the term.
