No. 46/27/2024-5HB-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with sub-clause (A) of clause (ii) of sub-rule (2) of rule-6-A of the Transplantation of Human Organs Rules, 1995 dated 22nd September, 2010, the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Fortis Hospital, Gurugram consisting of the following members, namely:-
