बॉयलर आपरेषन इंन्जीनियर व बॉयलर अटैण्डेंट परीक्षा 2025 चैयरमैन बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनर्स, संख्या 01 बोर्ड.— सर्व साधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि विभाग द्वारा बॉयलर प्रचालन इंजीनियर नियम 2021 और बॉयलर अटैण्डेंट नियम, 2011 के नियम 21 के अन्तर्गत बॉयलर प्रचालन इंन्जीनियर एवं प्रथम श्रेणी वा द्वितीय श्रेणी बॉयलर अटैण्डेंट की परीक्षा - 2025 आयोजित करना निष्चित् किया गया है। इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी दिनांक 04.04.2025 से ऑनलाईन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
बॉयलर प्रचालन इंजीनियर :- आयुः-दिनांक 31.03.2025 तक आयु कम से कम 23 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
अहर्ताः- किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से यांत्रिकी या विद्युत या रासायनिक या शक्ति संयत्र या उत्पादन या यांत्रिकरण एवं नियंत्रण अभियान्त्रिकी में डिग्री या डिप्लोमा हो।
अनुभवः-जिसने कम से कम एक हजार वर्गमीटर तापक सतह के बॉयलर के या कम से कम कुल मिलाकर एक हजार वर्गमीटर तापक सतह माप के बॉयलरों की बैटरी के, जिनमें से कम से कम एक बॉयलर कम से कम पांच सौ वर्गमीटर तापक माप का हो, प्रचालन और/या रखरखाव में डिग्री धारकों की दषा में कम से कम दो वर्ष और डिप्लोमा धारकों की दषा में पांच वर्ष सेवा की हो। तथापि, राष्ट्रीय शक्ति प्रषिक्षण संस्थान से डिग्री धारकों या डिप्लोमा धारकों के लिए न्यूनतम कार्य अनुभव की योग्यता एक वर्ष होगी।
परीक्षा शूल्कः- इच्छुक अभ्यार्थी निर्धारित फार्म 'क' के साथ बॉयलर प्रचालन इंजीनियर का 2000/- +18% GST= 2360/- रूपये का डिमाण्ड ड्राफ्ट जो कि चैयरमैन बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनर्स, हरियाणा, चण्डीगढ़ के नाम देय होगा, भेजे। आवष्यक योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद अर्जिव सेवा को उद्देष्य के लिये 31.03.2025 तक लिया जायगा।
प्रथम वर्ग बॉयलर परिचरः-
आयुः-दिनांक 31.03.2025 तक आयु कम से कम 20 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
अहर्ताः-
(क) अभियार्थी के पास बॉयलर परिचर द्वितीय वर्ग का प्रमाण-पत्र होना अनिवार्य है।
(ख) द्वितीय वर्ग सक्षमता प्रमाणपत्र के साथ बॉयलर परिचर के रूप में किसी बॉयलर के एकल भारसाधक के रूप में जिसकी रेटेड उष्मित सतह पचास वर्गमीटर से अन्यून नहीं है, के भारसाधक के रूप में कम से कम दो वर्ष से सेवा की हो; या

GAZ., APR. 1, 2025 (CHTR. 11, 1947 SAKA) [PART I (ग) किसी औद्योगिक या तकनीकी संस्थान के प्रमुख से कोई प्रमाणपत्र की उसने तीन वर्षीय प्रषिक्षण पाठयक्रम को पूरा किया हो जिसमें से एक वर्ष किसी मील, कारखाने या किसी इंजीनियरी वर्कषाप जहां इंजन और बॉयलर की मरम्मत या निर्मित किए जाते हैं में प्रशिक्षुता प्राप्त की है और इसके साथ उसने द्वितीय वर्ग बॉयलर परिचर के सक्षमता प्रमाणपत्र के साथ पचास वर्गमीटर उष्मित सतह से कम किसी बॉयलर के एकल कार्यकारी व्यवहार के रूप में कम से कम एक वर्ष से सेवा की है का प्रमाण-पत्र देता है; या
(घ) पचास वर्गमीटर से अधिक उष्मित सतह रखने वाले किसी बॉयलर पर प्रथम वर्ग बॉयलर परिचर के प्रभार के अधीन द्वितीय वर्ग बायलर परिचर सक्षमता प्रमाण-पत्र के साथ फायरमैन या सहायक फायरमैन के रूप में न्यूनतम दो वर्ष कार्य किया हो।
परीक्षा शूल्क :- इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित फार्म 'क' के साथ बॉयलर परिचर प्रथम वर्ग का परीक्षा शुल्क 500/- +18% GST= 590/- रूपये का डिमाण्ड ड्राफ्ट जो कि चैयरमैन बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनर्स, हरियाणा, चण्डीगढ़ के नाम से देय होगा, जमा कराये। आवष्यक योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद अर्जिव सेवा को उद्देष्य के लिये 31.03.2025 तक लिया जायगा।
द्वितीय वर्ग बॉयलर परिचरः-
आयु :-दिनांक 31.03.2025 तक आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
अहर्ताः- (क) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान या बोर्ड से मैट्रिकुलेसन या उसके समतुल्य परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हो और
(ख) और उसने किसी वाष्प बॉयलर पर फायरमैन या प्रचालक या सहायक फायरमैन या सहायक प्रचालन के रूप में दो वर्ष से न्यूनतम सेवा की हो; या
(ग) किसी फिटर के रूप में जहां बॉयलर विनिर्मित या परिनिर्मित प्रचालित या मरम्मत होते हैं मेें तीन वर्ष से अन्युन सेवा की हो इसके साथ साथ वह एक वर्ष से अन्युन सहायक फायरमैन के रूप में सेवा की हो; या
(घ) औद्योगिक प्रषिक्षण संस्थान प्रमाणपत्र धारक की दषा में, लघु उद्योग बॉयलर पर दो वर्ष से अन्युन अनिवार्य रूप से सेवा की हो।
परीक्षा शूल्क :-इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित फार्म 'क' के साथ बॉयलर परिचर द्वितीय वर्ग का परीक्षा शुल्क 300/- +18% GST= 354/- रूपये का डिमाण्ड ड्राफ्ट जो कि चैयरमैन बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनर्स, हरियाणा, चण्डीगढ़ के नाम से देय होगा, जमा कराये। आवष्यक योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद अर्जिव सेवा को उद्देष्य के लिये 31.03.2025 तक लिया जाएगा। आवेदन करने के दिशानिर्देश :-
इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी www.haryanaindustries.gov.in पर जा कर अपना आवेदन ऑनलाईन कर सकते है। ऑनलाईन आवेदन अन्तिम तिथि 24.04.2025 है। परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने वाले अभ्यर्थी पात्रता, आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यता, अनुभव संबंधित विस्तृत निर्देष, आवेदन फार्म, प्रपत्र 'क' व पाठ्यक्रम सिलेबस आदि विभाग की वेबसाइट www.haryanaindustries.gov.in से डाउन लोड करें।
इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी पूर्णतया भरे हुये ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र की प्रति, परीक्षा शुल्क व प्रमाणित दस्तावेज चैयरमैन बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनर्स, हरियाणा एवं मुख्य निरीक्षक बॉयलर्स, हरियाणा, कमरा नं० 60, प्रथम तल, 30 बेज बिल्ंिडग, सेक्टर-17, चण्डीगढ़ के कार्यालय को दिनांक 05.05.2025 को सांयकाल 4ः00 बजे तक व्यक्तिगत रूप से अथवा स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा जमा करा सकते हैं। इस तिथि के पश्चात् प्राप्त किसी भी आवेदन-पत्र को किसी भी दषा में स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त मूल निवास पते के साथ 35-35 रूपये के डाक टिकट लगे दो 229 mm X 324 mm लिफाफे एवं दो 35 mm × 45 mm फोटो भी भेजे।
अभ्यर्थी आवेदन-पत्र फार्म 'अ' में वर्णित अनुभव/योग्यता एवं अन्य आवष्यक मूल दस्तावेज साक्षात्कार के समय लेकर आएं। अपूर्ण आवेदन-पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएगे। अस्वीकृत किए गए आवेदन के किसी भी मामले में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
परीक्षा की तिथिः- परीक्षा की तिथि स्थान एवं समय प्रवेष-पत्र के साथ सूचित किया जाएगा। अपरिहार्य कारणों से परीक्षा आयोजन को स्थगित करने का सर्वाधिकार बोर्ड ऑफ एग्जामिनर्स, हरियाणा को होगा।

BOILER OPERATION ENGINEERS & BOILER ATTENDANTS EXAMINATIONS 2025 CHAIRMAN BOARD OF EXAMINERS HARYANA, CHANDIGARH
No. 01/Board.— Applications are invited from the candidate for Boiler Operation Engineers & Boiler Attendant examination of 1st and 2nd classes to be held in Year 2025 as per the Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2021 & Boiler Attendants' Rules, 2011. Interested candidates may apply online on 04 April, 2025 onward. The experience and age are counted as on 31-03-2025. The candidates possessing the following qualifications are eligible to apply.
BOILER OPERATION ENGINEERS:
AGE: Should have completed 23 years of age as on 31-03-2025.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Power Plant or Production or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a recognized institution.
EXPERIENCE: Must have served for not less than Two (2) years in case of Degree holders and in case of Diploma holders five (5) years of experience, as on 31-03-2025, in the operation and/or maintenance of a Boiler of not less than one thousand square meters heating surface or a Battery of Boilers of not less than one thousand square meters heating surface in aggregate out of which at least one Boiler of not less than five hundred square meters heating surface. However, for degree holders or post-graduate diploma holders from a National Power Training Institute, requirement of minimum working experience shall be one year.
EXAMINATION FEE: Rs. 2000/- +18% GST= 2,360/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Only) shall be remitted to the Chairman board of Examiners, Haryana in the shape of Demand Draft payable at Chandigarh. The service after acquiring the required qualification only is counted for the purpose and as on 31-03-2025.
FIRST CLASS Boiler Attendant:
AGE: Should have completed 20 years of age as on 31-03-2025.
QUALIFICATIONS:
(a) He should possesses a certificate of competency as a Boiler attendant of the second class and
(b) has as served for not less than two years as boiler attendant with second class certificate of competency as sole working charge of a boiler whose rated heating surface is not less than fifty square meters, or (c) Produces from the head of an industrial or technical institution, a certificate stating that he has completed a three years course of training, one year of which must have been as an apprentice in a steam power plant of a mill or a factory or an engineering workshop where engines and boilers are repaired or made and in addition has served for not less than one year as sole working charge of a boiler of not less than fifty square meters of heating surface with second class Boiler Attendant certificate of competency, or
(d) Has worked for not less than two years as Fireman or Assistant Fireman with second class Boiler Attendant certificate of competency under the charge of first class Boiler Attendant on boiler having heating surface of more than fifty square meters.
EXAMINATION FEE: Rs. 500/- + 18% GST = 590/-(Rupees Five Hundred Ninety only) shall be remitted to the Chairman board of Examiners, Haryana in the shape of Demand Draft payable at Chandigarh. The service after acquiring the required qualification only is counted for the purpose and as on 31-03-2025.
SECOND CLASS Boiler Attendant:
AGE: Should have completed 18 years of age as on 31-03-2025.
QUALIFICATIONS:
(a) Has passed matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized institution or board, and;
(b) Has served for not less than two years, in the capacity of a Fireman or Operator or Pump man or Water man or an Assistant Fireman or Assistant Operator on a steam boiler, or230 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., APR. 1, 2025 (CHTR. 11, 1947 SAKA) [PART I (c) Has served for not less than three years as a fitter where boilers are manufactured or erected, operated or repaired. Out of this he should have served as Assistant Fireman for a least one year, or
(d) Must have served for not less than two years on small industrial boilers, in case of Industrial Training Institutes certificate holder.
EXAMINATION FEE: Rs.300/- +18% GST = 354/- (Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Four only) shall be remitted to the Chairman board of Examiners, Haryana in the shape of Demand Draft payable at Chandigarh. The service after acquiring the required qualification only is counted for the purpose and as on 31-03-2025.

Interested candidates may visit on www.haryanaindustries.gov.in for necessary instructions and online filling of the application form.
The candidates must submit a copy of online filled in applications along with 2 Nos. of Self addressed 229 mm × 324 mm size envelopes with Rs. 35/- postage stamp affixed on each, 2 Photographs of size 35mm × 45mm, necessary documents and demand draft of statutory fees to the office of Chairman Board of Examiners-Cum-Chief Inspector of Boilers, Haryana, Room No. 60, 1st Floor, 30 Bays Building, Sector-17, Chandigarh on or before 05 May, 2025 by 4.00 P.M. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. No further correspondence will be made in case of rejected applications.
*Note: Experience and Medical Fitness Certificate must be submitted in original.
Last date for filling online application form is: 24 April, 2025.
Last date for receipt of physical form and documents to the office is 05 May, 2025.
