संख्या 2363/R.- चूँकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे निर्दिष्ट भूमि की सरकार द्वारा सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ नामतः यमुनानगर-खजूरी-जठलाना से गुमथला राव रोड, तहसील रादौर, जिला यमुना नगर हेतु भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है।
इसके द्वारा यह अधिसूचना भूमि अर्जन पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यावस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकार और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 11 के उपबंधों के अधीन इन सबके लिए जारी की गयी है, जिनसे यह सम्बंधित हो। उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल उन अधिकारियों का जो फिलहाल अपने कर्मचारियों तथा कारिदों के साथ काम में लगे हुए है। इलाके में किसी भी भूमि प्रवेष तथा सर्वेक्षण करने और अन्य सभी कार्याें को करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करते है, जो उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुमत्य है।
कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे व्यक्ति जिसे इलाके में किसी भूमि के अर्जन के सम्बंध मे कोई आक्षेप हो तो, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र या परिक्षेत्र में परिचालित दो दैनिक समाचार पत्रों में, जिसमें से कम से कम एक क्षेत्रीय भाषा में हो, प्रकाषन या परिक्षेत्र में प्रचार की तिथि से इनमें से जो भी बाद में हो, 60 दिन की अवधि के अंदर भूमि अर्जन कलेक्टर लोक निर्माण विभाग भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा, अम्बाला के सम्मुख लिखित रूप से आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।

Notification
The 1st April, 2025
No. 2363/R.— Whereas appears to the Governor of Haryana that land is likely to be required to be taken by Government at the public expenses, for a public purpose for construction road from Yamuna Nagar-Khajuri-Jathalan to Gumthala Rao road, Tehsil Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar. It is hereby noticed that the land in the locality described below is likely to be required for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provision of Section-11 the Right to Fair Compensation of Transparency in Land Acquisition & Rehabilitation a Re-settlement Act, 2013 (Act. 30 of 2013) all whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Government of Haryana is please to authorize the officers for the time being engaged in the under taking, with their servant's workman to enter upon and survey and land in the locality and do all other acts by that section.
Any person interested who have any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality may within 60 days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazettes or two daily newspaper, circulating in the locality of which at least on shall be in the regional language or publicity in locality, whichever is later, file objection, if any, in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, PWD B&R Ambala Cantt.
Plans of land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, PWD B&R Br., Ambala Cantt.
