संख्या. 21/संवि०/अनु०309/2025.— भारत के संविधान अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा अक्षय ऊर्जा, मुख्यालय/ क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा अक्षय ऊर्जा, मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2025 कहे जा सकते हैं। (2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाषन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. हरियाणा अक्षय ऊर्जा, मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, "अक्षय ऊर्जा" शब्द जहाँ कहीं भी आएं, के स्थान पर, "नवीन तथा नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

No. G.S.R. 21/Const./Art.309/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Renewable Energy, Headquarter and Field (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely: -
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Renewable Energy, Headquarter and Field (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Haryana Renewable Energy, Headquarter and Field (Group C) Service Rules, 1998 for the words "Renewable Energy" wherever occurring, the words "New and Renewable Energy" shall be substituted.
