संख्या 6/1/2025-1मंत्रिमंडल.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) तथा (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, बंडारू दत्तात्रेय, राज्यपाल, हरियाणा, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार कार्य (आबंटन) नियम, 1974 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता हूँ, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सरकार कार्य (आंबटन) संषोधन नियम, 2025 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा सरकार कार्य (आबंटन) नियम, 1974 में, अनुसूची में,-
(i) ''न्याय प्रषासन विभाग (सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, गृह विभाग के माध्यम से)'' षीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 5 तथा उसके सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा;
(ii) "गृह (सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, गृह विभाग के माध्यम से)" षीर्ष के नीचे, क-सामान्य उपषीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 26 तथा उसके सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः-
"27. सरकारी प्लीडरों, लोक अभियोजकों, विशेष लोक अभियोजकों और जिला न्यायवादियों की नियुक्ति, तैनाती, स्थानांतरण, अवकाष, फीस का भुगतान इत्यादि।"।

No 6/1/2025— 1Cabinet.— In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (2) and (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, I, Bandaru Dattatraya, Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules, 1974, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Amendment Rules, 2025.
2. In the Business of the Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules, 1974, in the Schedule,-
(i) under heading "ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE DEPARTMENT (Through the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Home Department)" serial number 5 and entries thereagainst shall be omitted;
(ii) under heading "HOME (Through the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Home Department)" under sub-heading A-GENERAL, after serial number 26 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be added, namely:-
"27. Appointment, posting, transfer, leave, payment of fees, etc. of Government pleaders, public
prosecutors, special public prosecutors and District Attorneys".
