क्रमांक रा०नि०आ०/4ई-।।/2025/476.- हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 161 की उप-धारा (4) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, श्रीमती षषि पत्नी श्री सुन्दर, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, फरीदाबाद, जिला फरीदाबाद के विरुद्व दिनांक 28.01.2025 को हुये बैठक में "अविष्वास प्रस्ताव" पारित होने के बाद दिनांक 03.03.2025 को हुए चुनाव में श्री पवन पुत्र श्री वेद पाल, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, फरीदाबाद, जिला फरीदाबाद, के रुप में निर्वाचित हुये हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरुप, मैं, धनपत सिंह, राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त, हरियाणा, श्री पवन पुत्र श्री वेद पाल को षेष कार्यकाल के लिये, उपाध्यक्ष, पंचायत समिति, फरीाबाद, जिला फरीदाबाद के रुप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ।

Ved Pal as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Tigaon, District Faridabad in the election held on 03.03.2025 after "No-Confidence Motion" had been passed against Sh. Smt.Shashi w/o Sh. Sunder, Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Tigaon, District Faridabad in the meeting held on 28.01.2025, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 161 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, I, Dhanpat Singh, State Election Commissioner, Haryana hereby notify name of Sh. Pawan s/o Sh. Ved Pal as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Tigaon, District Faridabad to serve for the remaining period of the term.
