HARYANA SHEHRI VIKAS PRADHIKARAN

No. Authority-2013/124019.— In exercise of the power conferred by Section 54 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 (Act 13 of 1977) & all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, with the prior approval of Hon'ble Chief Minister, Haryana-cum-Chairperson of HSVP, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Service Regulations, 1989 in respect of the Sweepers/ Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar/ Sanitary Supervisor/ Sanitary Inspector as under:-

1. (i) These regulations may be called the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

(ii) In the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Service Rule 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the regulations) after regulations 8, the following regulations shall be inserted as under:-

(ii) These Rules shall come into force at once.

2. In the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Service Regulations, 1989, (herein after referred to as the regulations) under heading 'Administrative Wing' the following posts shall be added at Sr. No. 20 A, B and C namely Sanitary Supervisor and Sanitary inspector respectively as under :- (913) HARYANA GOVT. 3. The designation of Sweeper/Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar has been changed to Safai Karamchari/Safai Karamchari- cum-Chowkidar. Also, keeping in view the number of sanctioned posts of Sanitary Supervisor and Sanitary Inspector, the mode of recruitment of these posts through promotional only. Accordingly, the following entry at Sr. No. 17, 18 and 19 in Appendix 'B' at Column No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 shall be inserted in administrative wing as mentioned below:-
