संख्या 46/22/2021-5एच०बी० ाा.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य विभाग चिकित्सा इत्तर फिजियोथैरेपिस्ट (ग्रुप-ख) सेवा नियम 1998 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य विभाग चिकित्सा इत्तर फिजियोथैरेपिस्ट (ग्रुप-ख) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2025, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य विभाग चिकित्सा इत्तर फिजियोथैरेपिस्ट (ग्रुप-ख) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः-
"5. आयु .- किसी भी व्यक्ति सेवा मे किसी भी पद पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा नियुक्त नहीं किया जाएगा, जो आयोग को आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की अन्तिम तिथि को अठारह वर्ष की आयु से कम या बयालीस वर्ष की आयु से अधिक का हो।"

No. 46/22/2021-5HBII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Health Department, Non-Medical Physiotherapist (Group-B) service Rules 1998, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Health Department, Non-Medical Physiotherapist (Group-B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
2. In the Haryana Health department, Non-Medical Physiotherapist (Group-B) Service Rule, 1998, for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"5. Age.- No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct recruitment who is less than eighteen years or more than forty-two years of age, on the last date of submission of application to Commission"
