संख्या 9/5/2009-3जे०जे०(1).- युद्धाभ्यास और खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (1938 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 5), की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र को ऐसे क्षेत्र के रूप में परिनिष्चित करते हैं, जिसमें प्रथम जनवरी, 2026 से 31 दिसम्बर, 2028 तक की अवधि के लिए नियत काल पर 100 मीटर बेफल फायरिंग रेंज के अभ्यास को प्राधिकृत किया जा सके।

The 13th November, 2025
No. 9/5/2009-3JJ(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Central Act 5 of 1938), the Governor of Haryana hereby defines the area specified in the Schedule given below as an area within which the carrying out periodically field firing practice of 100 meter Baffle Firing Range may be authorized for the period from the 1st January, 2026 to the 31st December, 2028.
