Notification
The 14th November, 2025
No. 16/07/2024-6HBIV.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to make partial modification/amendment in the Notification No. 16/07/2024-6HBIV dated 03.07.2024.
The new clause in existing Para 11 of the notification shall be added as under:-
11. Terms and Conditions of Engagement:-
"11.5 Acceptance of Resignation:
If a member of Teaching Faculty wants to resign from his/her post, he/she shall have to submit a notice of one month in advance or deposit one month salary in lieu thereof."
