Notification
The 19th November, 2025
No. SEC/4E-II/2025/1457.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide notification No. SEC/E-II/2023/289, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Sube Singh as Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Siwani, District Bhiwani under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
2. And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Bhiwani vide letter No. 11727/Panchayat/PA, dated 13.11.2025 has informed that in a meeting held on 29.10.2025, "No Confidence Motion" has been passed against Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Sube Singh, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Siwani, District Bhiwani. He has requested to de-notify his name as Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Siwani, District Bhiwani.
3. In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Sube Singh from the post of Vice-Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Siwani, District Bhiwani with immediate effect.
