क्रमांक नं० 2261/3-L.— क्योंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की संतुष्टि हो गई है कि नीचे वर्णित भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी खर्चा पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ बाबत गोरखपुर हरियाणा अणु विद्‌युत परियोजना को जलापूर्ति के लिए गोरखपुर आर.सी.सी. बैरल चैनल का निर्माण, गांव-गाजूवाला, सनियाना तहसील-टोहाना, जिला-फतेहाबाद और गांव उकलाना (कुन्दनपुरा) सब तहसील-उकलाना, जिला-हिसार के क्षेत्र के निर्माण के लिए भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है जिसके लिए प्रकाषन जमीन अधिग्रहण, नवीनीकरण व पुर्नस्थापना अधिनियम की धारा 11 के अधीन हरियाणा सरकार की अधिसूचना क्रमांक संख्या 723/3एल दिनांक 06 जून, 2025 के तहत पहले ही किया जा चुका है।

यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम (2013 का नं. 30) (अधिनियम 2013 के अनुसार) 2013 की धारा 19 के उपबन्धों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है।

उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस समय, कार्य में लगे हुए अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों को अपने सेवकों सहित परिक्षेत्र में वर्णित भूमि पर प्रवेष तथा सर्वेक्षण करने तथा इस धारा के द्वारा अपेक्षित अनुज्ञान किसी अन्य कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत है।

कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उपरोक्त परिक्षेत्र में किसी भूमि अर्जन करने पर कोई अक्षेप हो, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि के 60 दिन के भीतर, तो अपने आक्षेप लिखित रूप से अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 15 (1) के अधीन भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, फतेहाबाद/हिसार के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है।

भूमि के नक्षों का निरीक्षण भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, फतेहाबाद/हिसार या कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, टोहाना जल सेवाएं मण्डल, टोहाना के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस में किया जा सकता है।

No.2261/3-L.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed by the Government at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely for the Construction of water conveyance system and its allied structure for supply of water to Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojna (GHAVP) in between RD 0 to 46.443 Km of GRBC off taking at RD 500-L Fatehabad Branch for the area as mentioned below of Villages–Gajuwala, Suniana Tehsil–Tohana, District–Fatehabad & villages Uklana (Kundanpura), Sub Tehsil– Uklana, District – Hisar, for which notification has been issued under Section-11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (herein after referred to as the Act of 2013) vide Haryana Govt. Notification No. 723/3-L dated 06 June, 2025 in Haryana Government Gazette.

It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above said purpose.

This declaration is made under the provision of Section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as the Act of 2013) for the information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the power conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality may, within a period of 60 days of publication of this notification may file objection under section 15(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 in writing before the District Revenue Officer-Cum Land Acquisition Collector, Fatehabad/Hisar.

The plans of the land and all other details may be inspected in the office of the District Revenue Officer-Cum Land Acquisition Collector, Fatehabad/Hisar or in the Office of Executive Engineer, Tohana W/S Division, Tohana on any working day.
