संख्या 3721/स्टर-1/2025/11152.- भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (1899 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना-2.0 (एम.एम.जी.ए.वाई.-2.0) के अधीन पंजीकृत लाभर्थियों के लिए महा ग्राम पंचायताें और अन्य नियमित पंचायतों में 50 वर्ग गज/100 वर्ग गज के आबंटित किफायती आवासीय प्लाटों के लिए निष्पादित हस्तांतरण लिखतों के सम्बन्ध में, इस शर्त के अध्यधीन उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची 1क के अनुच्छेद 23क के अधीन प्रभार्य सम्पूर्ण स्टाम्प शुल्क को माफ करते हैं कि आबंटित भूमि का स्वामित्व सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत से लाभार्थी को मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना-2.0 के अधीन अन्तरित किया जाएगा।

The 28th November, 2025
No. 3721/STR-1/2025/11152.— In exercise of the power conferred under the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act 2 of 1899), the Governor of Haryana hereby remits the whole of Stamp Duty for the beneficiaries registered under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojna-2.0 (MMGAY-2.0) chargeable under article 23A of Schedule 1-A of the said Act in respect of instrument of conveyance executed for allotted affordable residential plots measuring 50/100 square yards (in Maha Gram Panchayats and other regular Panchayats) subject to the condition that the ownership of the allotted land is to be transferred from the respective Gram Panchayat to the beneficiary under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojna-2.0.
