दिनांक 28 नवम्बर, 2025
संख्या 3721/स्टर-1/2025/11153.- रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 19) की धारा 78 तथा 79 के अधीन प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब सरकार, राजस्व विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या का०आ०36/के०अ०16/1908/धा० 78 तथा 79/1966, दिनांक 7 फरवरी, 1966, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संषोधन
पंजाब सरकार, राजस्व विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या का0आ036/के0अ016/1908/धा0 78 तथा 79/1966, दिनांक 7 फरवरी, 1966 में, रजिस्ट्रीकरण दस्तावेजों से सम्बन्धित अनुच्छेद 1 में, खण्ड (3) में,-
(i) अन्तिम परन्तुक मेंं, अन्त में विद्यमान "।" चिह्न के स्थान पर, "ः" चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; तथा (ii) निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोडा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
"परन्तु यह और कि मुख्यमत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना-2.0 (एम.एम.जी.ए.वाई-2.0) के अधीन लाभर्थियों से महा ग्राम पंचायतों और अन्य नियमित पंचायतों में 50 वर्ग गज/100 वर्ग गज के आबंटित किफायती आवासीय प्लाटों के लिए निष्पादित और पंजीकृत हस्तांतरण लिखतों के सम्बन्ध में, इस शर्त के अध्यधीन उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन कोई रजिस्ट्रीकरण फीस प्रभार्य नहीं होगी कि आबंटित भूमि का स्वामित्व सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत से लाभार्थी को मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना-2.0 के अधीन किया जाएगा।"। PART I] HARYANA GOVT. No. 3721/STR-1/2025/11153.— In exercise of the power conferred under section 78 and 79 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act 16 of 1908), the Governor of Haryana hereby, makes the following amendment in the Punjab Government, Revenue Department notification No. S.O.36/C.A. 16/1908/sections 78 and 79/66, dated the 7th February, 1966, in its application to the State of Haryana, namely:-

In the Punjab Government, Revenue Department, notification No. S.O.36/C.A. 16/1908/sections 78 and 79/66, dated the 7th February, 1966, in article 1 relating to registration of documents, in clause (3),-
(i) in the last proviso, for the sign "."existing at the end, the sign ":" shall be substituted; and (ii) The following proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided further that no registration fee shall be chargeable from the beneficiaries under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojna-2.0 (MMGAY-2.0) in respect of instrument of conveyance executed and registered for allotted affordable residential plots measuring 50/100 square yards (in Maha Gram Panchayats and other regular Panchayats) subject to the condition that the ownership of the allotted land is to be transferred from the respective Gram Panchayat to the beneficiary under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojna-2.0.".
