No. 216 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrate (First Class) upon the following member of H.C.S (J.B) working as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority for holding Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jails in the State of Haryana with effect from the date he starts holding such Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jails till his posting as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority within the District mentioned against his name:-
