(भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013) संख्या 28GA-87/D-14.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल ने अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 28GA-87/D-13 दिनांक 05.12.2024 के माध्यम से भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 19(1) के अंतर्गत यह घोषणा की थी कि लोक प्रयोजन के लिए गांव सुल्तानपुर (39), मुबारिकपुर (37), बुढेडा (43) व चन्दु (44), तहसील फरूखनगर और हरसरू जिला गुरूग्राम में कुल 47.93 एकड़ भूमि अपेक्षित है, अर्थात्‌ जिला गुरूग्राम में झज्जर-फरूखनगर-गुरूग्राम रोड (राज्य मार्ग सं. 15ए) को कि. मी. 21.300 से 34.800 तक चार मार्गीय करने हेतु। अब हरियाणा सरकार का यह मत है कि उक्त अधिसूचना दिनांक 05.12.2024 के पष्चात परिस्थ्तिियाँ ऐसी है जिनके कारण उक्त अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत निर्धारित अवधि को बढ़ाना न्यायसंगत है। इसलिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 25 के उपबंध में प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त अधिसूचना धारा 19(1) के अतंर्गत पारित अवधि को बारह (12) माह के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है ताकि अधिनियम की धारा 23 के अंतर्गत पुरस्कार (AWARD) की घोषणा की जा सके। यह अवधि दिनांक 10.12.2025 से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी।

(The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013)

No. 28GA-87/D-14.— Whereas the Governor of Haryana, vide its Notification No. 28GA-87/D-13 dated 05.12.2024 issued under section section-19(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 has declared that a total of 47.93 acres land is required in the Villages Sultanpur (39), Mubarikpur (37), Budhera (43) and Chandu (44) Tehsil Farrukhnagar and Harsaru District Gurugram for public purpose, namely, 4-lanning of Jhajjar- Farrukhnagar- Gurugram road (SH-15A) from Km 21.300 to 34.800 in Gurugram District.

The Governor of Haryana, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 19(1) of the Act, in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section-25 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, hereby extend the Period of 12 (twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 19(1) of the Act, for pronouncement of an Award under section-23 of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of 10.12.2025.
