संख्या 33/01/2025-3पोल-ाा.- चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की संतुिष्ट हो गई है कि गंभीर रूप से बीमार और अन्य रोगियों को रोगी देखभाल सुनिश्चित करने और जन साधारण को आवश्यक चिकित्सा सेवाओं का निर्वाध परिदान बनाए रखने के लिए, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, हरियाणा के चिकित्सकों या किसी भी अन्य श्रेणी के अमले द्वारा कोई भी हड़ताल सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य और समुदाय के जीवन के लिए आवश्यक सेवाओं पर गंभीर रूप से असर डालेगी;
और चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल आगे इस बात से भी संतुष्ट हैं कि रोगी देखभाल की सुरक्षा और आवश्यक चिकित्सा सेवाओं की निरंतरता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग, हरियाणा के चिकित्सकों और अन्य श्रेणियों के अमले द्वारा की जाने वाली किसी भी हड़ताल पर रोक लगाना जनहित में आवश्यक है।
इसलिए, अब, हरियाणा आवश्यक सेवा अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 का 40) की धारा 4(क) की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस आदेश के आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह मास की अवधि के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग, हरियाणा के अधीन कार्य करने वाले चिकित्सकों और किसी भी अन्य श्रेणी के अमले द्वारा किसी भी हड़ताल को प्रतिबिध्द करते हैं।

No. 33/01/2025-3Pol.II.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that to ensure patient care for critically ill and other patients, and to maintain the uninterrupted delivery of essential medical services to the general public, any strike by Doctors or any other category of staff of the Health Department, Haryana, shall gravely affect public health and services essential for the life of the community;
And whereas, the Governor of Haryana is further satisfied that, in the public interest, it is necessary to prohibit any strike by Doctors and other categories of staff of the Health Department, Haryana, to safeguard patient care and ensure continuity of essential medical services;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4A of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1974 (40 of 1974), the Governor of Haryana hereby prohibits any strike by Doctors and any other categories of staff working under the Health Department, Haryana, for a period of six months from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
