संख्या 29406.- हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य वेतन, भत्ता तथा पेंशन) अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अध्यक्ष, हरियाणा विधान सभा, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य भत्ता) नियम, 1976 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य भत्ता) संशोधन नियम, 2025 कहे जा सकते है।

2. हरियाणा विधान सभा (सदस्य भत्ता) नियम, 1976 में, नियम 9 में, उप-नियम (1) में, खण्ड (ड़) में, "5,000/- रुपए" अंको तथा शब्द के स्थान पर, "मेट्रो शहरों के लिए बारह हजार रुपए तथा शेष शहरों के लिए नौ हजार रुपए" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

No. 29406.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members) Act, 1975 (2 of 1975), the Speaker, Haryana Legislative Assembly hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Rules, 1976, namely: -

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Amendment Rules, 2025.

2. In the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Rules, 1976, in rule 9, in sub-rule (1), in clause (e), for the word, figure and sign "Rs.5,000/-", the words "twelve thousand rupees for metro cities and nine thousand rupees for rest of the cities" shall be substituted.
