संख्या 9/117/2025-4क2.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी निकाय विभाग के आदेश संख्या 9/117/2025-4क2 दिनांक 09-12-2025 के प्रतिनिर्देश से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 16 वार्डो में से नगर पालिका, सांपला, जिला रोहतक की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं अर्थात्‌ः- 16 वार्डो में से, 03 वार्ड अर्थात वार्ड संख्या 04, 05 और 10 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 10 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 08 और 14 पिछडे वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 14 पिछडे वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 07, 11, 13 और 15 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

Notification

The 24th December, 2025

No. 9/117/2025-4CII.— in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Order No. 9/117/2025-4CII dated 09-12-2025, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Sampla, District Rohtak amongst 16 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-

Out of 16 wards, 03 wards viz ward numbers 04, 05 and 10 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 10 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Scheduled Caste Women, Ward numbers 08 and 14 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', out of which ward number 14 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' Women. Ward numbers 07, 11, 13 and 15 shall be reserved for the Women.
