संख्या 9/119/2025-4C-II.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेश संख्या 9/119/2025-4क ाा दिनांक 09 दिसम्बर, 2025 के प्रतिनिर्देश से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगरपालिका में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिये 18 वार्डो में से नगरपालिका, धारूहेडा, जिला रेवाड़ी की सीटें आबंटित करते है, अर्थात :-
18 वार्डों में से 03 वार्ड, अर्थात् वार्ड संख्या 04, 06 एवं 14 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बधित सदस्यों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 06 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 07 एवं 11 पिछड़ा वर्ग 'क' से सम्बधित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा, जिनमे से वार्ड संख्या 07 पिछड़ा वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 08 एवं 13 पिछड़ा वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बधित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा, जिनमे से वार्ड संख्या 13 पिछड़ा वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 15, 16 एवं 17 महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित होंगे। HARYANA GOVT. No. 9/119/2025-4C-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, order No. 9/119/2025-4C-II, dated 09th December, 2025, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Dharuhera, District Rewari amongst 18 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-
Out of 18 wards, 03 wards viz ward numbers 04, 06 and 14 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 06 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward numbers 07 and 11 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' and the ward number 07 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' women. Ward number 08 and 13 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' and the ward number 13 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' women. Ward numbers 15, 16 and 17 shall be reserved for the women.
