संख्या 9/87/2025-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 09/87/2025-4क ाा, दिनांक 19 अगस्त, 2025 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, स्थानीय शासन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 13/12/78-2क ा, दिनांक 16 जुलाई, 1984 और हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी विकास विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 15/21/97-2क ा, दिनांक 18 अक्टूबर, 2001 में यथा परिनिष्चित नगरपालिका समिति, तावडू, जिला नूंह की सीमाओं के साथ लगते क्षेत्र को सम्मिलित करते हैं और अब उक्त नगरपालिका, समिति की सीमाएं नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट है, अर्थात् :-
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
उत्तर :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु झामुवास रोड से शुरू होकर, बिंदू संख्या A के उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोने पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के उत्तरी – पश्चिमी में मुरबा/किला नं० 25/19 से प्रारम्भ होकर फिर मुरबा/किला नं० 11/1 की उत्तरी सीमा की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिंदु संख्या B तक | उत्तर दिशा में आगे बढ़ते हुए, बिंदु संख्या C पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 11/14 तक | इसके उपरान्त पटौदी वाली सड़क को पार करते हुए बिंदु संख्या D की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए मोहम्मदपुर रोड के साथ-साथ तावडू के राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 2/9//3 मिन पर उत्तर दिशा तक। इसके उपरान्त बिंदु संख्या E से नौरंगपुर सड़क की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए सड़क को पार करके हुए तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति की पूर्वी दिशा की तरफ बिंदु संख्या F मुरबा/किला नं० 18/1 तक | उत्तर दिशा की सीमा उक्त बिन्दु पर समाप्त हो जाती है | पूर्व ः- बिंदु संख्या F से आगे जहाँ पर उत्तरी सीमा समाप्त हो जाती है, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 18/10 से प्रारम्भ होकर बिंदु संख्या G से होते हुए, जोकि पूर्व दिशा में वर्तमान नगर पालिका सीमा के पास है गोयला गाँव की राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए उत्तर पूर्व दिशा की ओर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 35/21 तक | इसके उपरान्त बिंदु संख्या H की ओर बढ़ते हुए, गोगजाका गाँव की सड़क को पार करते हुए तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/ किला नं० 54/10 से बिंदु संख्या I तक | इसके उपरान्त सोहना रोड की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु संख्या J से आगे बढ़ते हुए दाहिनी ओर मुड़कर बिन्दु संख्या K, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/ किला नं० 78/7 तक । इसके उपरान्त बिंदु संख्या L की तरफ बाई ओर आगे बढ़ते हुए एवं पश्चिम की ओर मुड़कर बिंदु संख्या M पर रेलवे लाइन तक, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 123/6 तक | इसके उपरान्त रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ बिंदु संख्या N की ओर बढ़ते हुए पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मुड़कर बिंदु N पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के

(EXTRA.), DEC. 31, 2025 (PAUS. 10, 1947 SAKA) 3889 मुरबा/किला नं० 124/20 तक से बिंदु संख्या O की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए जोकि वर्तमान नगरपालिका के सीमांतर्गत है तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/ किला नं० 120/11 तक एवं इसके पश्चात दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिंदु संख्या P पर बाई पास मार्ग तक, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 126/2 तक । इसके उपरान्त वर्तमान नगर पालिका सीमा बिंदु संख्या Q, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 118/1 के साथ-साथ नूंह रोड की तरफ बाईपास रोड को पर करते हुए बिंदु संख्या R पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/ किला नं० 116/16 तक | R बिन्दु संख्या से दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ। इसके उपरान्त दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुड़ने के पश्चात पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए बाईपास रोड से बिंदु संख्या S तक, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 127/23/3 मिन तक । पूर्वी सीमा उक्त बिन्दु पर समाप्त हो जाती है।
दक्षिण :- दक्षिणी–पूर्वी दिशा में बिंदु संख्या T से पहले जहाँ पर बिन्दु संख्या S पर पूर्वी सीमा समाप्त होती है तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 127/24 से प्रारम्भ होकर बिंदु संख्या T पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 132/5 से पूर्व दिशा की तरफ बिन्दु संख्या U तक, तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 133/22 तक | इसके उपरान्त दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुड़कर बिन्दु संख्या V पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 134/12 तक | इसके उपरान्त दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा की ओर मुड़कर फिर तावडू नूंह रोड की ओर पूर्व दिशा में बढ़ते हुए सड़क एवं नाले को पार करते हुए बिंदु संख्या W पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 142/24 तक । इसके उपरान्त, बिंदु संख्या X , तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 147/15 से दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ आगे बढ़ते हुए दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में बिंदु संख्या Y की ओर आगे बढ़ते हुए भडगपूर सड़क पार करते हुए तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 137/7 तक। इसके उपरान्त पश्चिम दिशा में आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु संख्या Z को पार करते हुए तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा / किला नं० 130/2 तक। उपरोक्त बिन्दु से आगे बढ़ते हुए बाईपास रोड के साथ वर्तमान नगर पालिका सीमा के साथ साथ बिंदु संख्या AA से धारूहेड़ा रोड को पार करते हुए तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 89/14 पर बिंदु संख्या AB तक | दक्षिण सीमा उक्त बिन्दु पर समाप्त हो जाती है |
पश्चिम :- दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में बिन्दु संख्या AB के दाहिनी ओर से तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 89/6 से प्रारम्भ होकर उत्तर दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिंदु संख्या AC पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 65/23/2 मिन तक । इसके उपरान्त कलारपुरी रोड की ओर बढ़ते हुए तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 44/5/2 पर बिंदु संख्या AD तक | इसके उपरान्त पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मुड़कर बिंदु संख्या AE पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/ किला नं० 27/14 तक | इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु संख्या AF तक जोकि झामुवास रोड पर तावडू की राजस्व संपत्ति के मुरबा/किला नं० 25/20 तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु A से मिलता है।

No. 9/87/2025-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 9/87/2025 4CII, dated the 19th August, 2025, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the adjoining area within the limits of Municipal Committee, Tauru, District Nuh as defined in the Haryana Government, Local Government Department, notification no. 13/12/78-2CI dated the 16th July, 1984 and Haryana Government, Urban Development Department, notification No. 15/21/97-2CI, dated the 18th October, 2001 and the boundaries of the said Municipal Committee now are as specified in the schedule given below, namely:-
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
North: – Starting from Jhamuwas road, North West corner of Point no. A, rectangle / killa no. 25/19 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed toward Point no. B North direction along with Northern boundary of rectangle / killa no.11/1, toward point no. C rectangle / killa no. 11/14 min of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed toward Point no. D crossed Pataudi road and along with Mohammadpur road to of rectangle / killa no. 2/9//3 min of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed toward Point no. E to Naurangpur road and cross the road toward eastern side point no. F rectangle / killa no. 18/1 min of revenue estate of Tauru. The northern boundary ends at this point.

F after northern boundary ends here, moved toward Point no. G along with existing municipal boundary parallel to Goela village revenue boundary North East side corner of rectangle / killa no. 35/21 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed towards point no. H crossed the Gogjaka village road rectangle / killa no. 54/10 of revenue estate of Tauru toward point no. I. Then proceed towards Sohna Road and crossed it upto J point turn toward point no. K corner of rectangle / killa no. 78/7 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed towards point no. L and turn western side upto point no. M near railway line rectangle / killa no. 123/6 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed towards point no. N along with railway line and turn western side upto point no. N rectangle / killa no. 124/20 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then turn northside toward point no. O existing municipal boundary rectangle / killa no. 120/11 and turn south side along with bypass road upto Point P rectangle / killa no. 126/2 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then crossed the bypass road toward Nuh road along with existing municipal limit point no. Q rectangle / killa no. 118/1 and turn south side upto point no. R rectangle / killa no. 116/16 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed toward western direction after turn toward south side and crossed the bypass road upto point no. S rectangle / killa no. 127/23/3 min of revenue estate of Tauru. The eastern side boundary ends here.
South: - The boundary is starting from rectangle / killa no. 127/24 of revenue estate of Tauru where Point no. S closed the eastern side boundary. Then processed toward point no. T south east direction corner of rectangle / Killa no. 132/5 of the revenue estate of Tauru proceed toward Point no. U East direction boundary of rectangle / killa no. 133/22 min of revenue estate of Tauru. After that turn toward southern eastern direction upto point V rectangle / killa no. 134/12 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed east direction toward Tauru Nuh road and crossed the road and Nalla meet upto point no. W. rectangle / killa no. 142/24 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed south direction toward point no. X rectangle / killa no. 147/15 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed south west direction toward point no. Y crossed Nuh road and nalla upto point no. Y, Bharangpur road rectangle / killa no137/7 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed west direction toward point no. Z rectangle / killa no. 130/2 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed west direction toward point no. AA existing municipal boundary along with bypass road crossed Dharuhera road upto point AB rectangle / killa no. 89/14 of revenue estate of Tauru. The southern boundary ends here.
West: - Starting from the south west direction point no. AB corner of killa no. 44/6. After that it proceed north side upto point no. AC rectangle / killa no. 65/23/2 min of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed toward Kalarpuri road upto Point no. AD corner of killa no. 44/5/2 turn toward west side meet with point no. AE rectangle / killa no. 27/14 of revenue estate of Tauru. Then proceed toward point no. AF, Jhamuwas road rectangle / killa no. 25/20 of revenue estate of Tauru, which meet here with the starting point no. A.
