No. 06 Gaz.II/XXI.A.5.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 read with sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918 as amended upto date, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to specify the place of sitting of the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) at Barwala on account of establishment of new Court at Barwala, District Hisar for the area comprising of Barwala Sub-Division (falling in Sessions Division Hisar) at Barwala with the same as its headquarter.
