संख्या 04/53/2025-4क।.- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेष संख्या 04/53/2025-4क। दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2025 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर निगम में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 20 वार्डों में से नगर निगम, पंचकूला, जिला पंचकूला की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात :-
20 वार्डों में से 03 वार्ड अर्थात वार्ड संख्या 07, 16 और 17 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 16 अनुसचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 19 पिछडे़ वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 18 पिछडे़ वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 01, 02, 11 और 15 महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित होंगे। HARYANA GOVT. No. 04/53/2025-4C-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, order No. 04/53/2025-4C-I, dated 30th December, 2025, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, District Panchkula amongst 20 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said Municipal Corporation, namely:-
Out of 20 wards, 03 wards viz ward numbers 07,16 and 17 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 16 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward Number 19 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' and the same shall also be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' women. Ward Number 18 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' and the same shall also be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' women. Ward numbers 01,02,11 and 15 shall be reserved for the women.
