संख्या 06/58/2025-4क। .- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेष संख्या 06/58/2025-4क। दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2025 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर निगम में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 22 वार्डों में से नगर निगम, सोनीपत जिला सोनीपत की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात :-

22 वार्डों में से 04 वार्ड अर्थात वार्ड संख्या 02, 09, 17 और 18 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 09 और 18 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 06 और 10 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 06 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 11 पिछडे वर्ग 'ख' से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा, जो पिछड़े वर्ग 'ख' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 05, 12, 14 और 21 महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित होंगे।अरूण कुमार गुप्ता, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग। (155) 156 HARYANA GOVT. No. 06/58/2025-4CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, order No. 06/58/2025-4CI, dated 26th December, 2025, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Corporation, Sonepat, District Sonepat amongst 22 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said Municipal Corporation, namely:-

Out of 22 wards, 04 wards viz ward numbers 02, 09, 17 and 18 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 09 and 18 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes women. Ward number 06 and 10 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', out of which Ward Number 06 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' women. Ward Number 11 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' and the same shall also be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'B' women. Ward numbers 05, 12, 14 and 21 shall be reserved for the women.
