HARYANA ACT NO. 9 OF 2026
THE HARYANA SHRI KAPAL MOCHAN, SHRI BADRI NARAIN, SHRI MANTRA
DEVI AND SHRI KEDAR NATH SHRINE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025

further to amend the Haryana Shri Kapal Mochan, Shri Badri Narain, Shri Mantra Devi
and Shri Kedar Nath Shrine Act, 2009.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventy-sixth Year of the
Republic of India as follows: -
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Haryana Shri Kapal Mochan, Shri Badri Narain, Shri Mantra Devi and Shri Kedar Nath Shrine (Amendment) Act, 2025.
3. Amendment of 2. Clause (c) of section 8 of the Haryana Shri Kapal Mochan, Shri Badri Narain, Shri Mantra Devi and Shri Kedar Nath Shrine Act, 2009 shall be omitted.
section 8 of Haryana Act 12 of 2010.
